Quality Brand Group LLC, a multi-store Dunkin’ franchisee, is hiring a Restaurant Manager for a Texas location. You will recruit and develop the team, implement operational standards, and drive profitability with a focus on quality service and cleanliness.

You’ll manage P&L and work to achieve sales targets while maintaining guest satisfaction. The role requires leadership to motivate staff, maintain compliance, and deliver a memorable guest experience during assigned shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required.
• Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed expectations.
• Problem solving and decision making – analyze and act.
• Leadership and team development for store success.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence and ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
• Drive sales projections and control expenses.
• Coach, train and develop team members; manage scheduling and performance.
• Ensure product preparation meets quality standards and service delivery.
• Counsel, discipline or promote store staff as needed.
