Job summary

Carlisle Corporation, a Wendy’s franchisee, seeks a Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in operating a Wendy’s restaurant. You will coach the team, hire and train staff, schedule shifts, and ensure customer satisfaction while following company policies and local laws.

You will lead and develop crew, manage service times, monitor labor costs, and uphold quality and safety standards to maximize profitability and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a Wendy's or similar quick-service restaurant.
• Strong coaching and scheduling skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff; ensure compliance with policies and laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and staff with support from GM/DM.
• Lead, interview, direct, train and develop subordinate employees.
