Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager for our Hardee's in Thomasville, NC. You will lead the team to deliver great guest service, uphold food quality and safety, and manage daily operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a restaurant or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to train and coach staff.
• Ability to schedule staff and manage labor costs while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in absence of the GM.
• Interview and hire qualified staff per company standards.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and control labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under GM direction.
• Maintain inventory and cash control processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and company policies.
