Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring an exceptional Restaurant Manager for Hardee's in Wilmington, NC.

You will lead a team to deliver outstanding guest service, maintain food quality and safety, and drive profitability through strong leadership and hands-on coaching. You will interview and hire staff, schedule shifts, control labor costs, train crews, and ensure adherence to company standards, procedures, and policies.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Must have strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be able to work all shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Maintain productive working relationships with staff and management.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with crew duties as needed.
• Lead meetings and ensure smooth operation procedures.
