You will operate with a hands-on leadership style, coaching staff while maintaining profitability and adherence to company policies. The role emphasizes managing labor, scheduling, training, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant according to company standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standard.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and inventory in line with policy.
