Quality Brand Group LLC, a multi-store Dunkin’ franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, recruit and develop the team, and ensure consistent quality and guest experience across the store.

You will drive sales and profitability, manage scheduling and training, monitor food safety and cleanliness, and provide leadership that motivates Shift Leaders and staff to deliver fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required.
• Guest Focus - anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence to meet standards.
• Maintain 100% guest satisfaction focus.
• Manage purchasing, scheduling, training and facilities maintenance.
• Coach and develop team members including Shift Leaders/Assistant Manager.
