Qualifications

• Experience in the food service industry is required.
• Food Safety, Serve Safe Certification may be required.

• Direct recruitment, development and supervision of store team.
• Manage sales, costs and profitability on a daily basis.
• Ensure quality of service and cleanliness per standards.
• Coach, discipline or promote store staff as needed.
