Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Experience in restaurant/retail supervision or management.
• Strong math and writing skills for reporting and scheduling.
• Customer-focused with ability to anticipate needs and exceed expectations.
• Results-driven with targets and accountability.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to build and lead effective teams.
• Physical capability to lift 30–50 pounds and operate standard restaurant equipment.
