The role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, and the ability to motivate staff across shifts to achieve targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and guest-service focus.
• Ability to achieve sales and cost targets.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 pounds and operate restaurant equipment.
• Food Safety knowledge and Serve Safe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to deliver quality service and cleanliness.
• Assist in setting sales and profitability goals for the store.
• Develop and coach team members to drive performance.
• Oversee shift operations ensuring guest satisfaction and safety.
• Counsel, discipline, promote or terminate store staff as needed.
• Manage purchasing, scheduling, and facilities maintenance.
• Ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
