Job summary

Responsibilities include recruiting and training team members, enforcing safety codes, managing inventory and records, and coordinating promotional activities with the goal of delivering excellent service and a consistent brand experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment; supervising and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and reward outstanding team members.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed, including health and food safety codes.
• Maintain business records and analyze them to help increase sales.
• Identify and contact prospective guests to promote sales.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives and ensure readiness for new marketing windows.
• Plan special events and promotions.
