Job summary

Dunkin’ is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee a high-performing team, manage inventory, scheduling, and cash handling, and ensure food safety and brand standards are met.

You’ll drive sales through smart cost control and marketing initiatives while cultivating a positive work culture. The role requires 1–3 years of management experience, strong leadership, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant or retail management experience (QSR experience a plus!)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Fluent in English
• Basic computer skills
• At least 18 years of age
• Basic writing skills
• High School diploma, or equivalent
• Proficient in math and financial management
