Cinemark is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, develop a strong team, and ensure excellent guest service while adhering to brand standards. The role involves training, planning, and executing strategies to deliver memorable experiences for guests at Cinemark theaters.

The position requires 2–5 years of supervisory restaurant experience, completion of Cinemark’s Accreditation Program, and availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of restaurant supervisory experience.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core).
• Complete basic food handling training and obtain local/state certifications as required.
• Availability for flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Trains and coaches Team Members to serve Guests courteously and timely.
• Interacts with Guests to create a friendly, upbeat atmosphere.
• Manages cash handling procedures per policy.
• Oversees service of alcohol according to laws and regulations.
• Organizes and promotes events to drive sales and traffic.
• Performs inventory and ordering as necessary.
• Maintains equipment and adheres to budgets for profit growth.
• Ensures team adheres to dress code and Cinemark policies.
