Job summary

Cinemark is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to provide hands-on leadership in restaurant operations. You will supervise Team Members, ensure timely and accurate service, and maintain Cinemark’s brand standards for guest experience.

The role requires supervisory restaurant experience, a high school diploma or GED, and completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program. Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• 1–2 years restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.

Responsibilities

• Trains and coaches Team Members to serve food and drinks courteously and promptly.
• Interacts with Guests to create a friendly, upbeat atmosphere.
• Alsoc handles cash with accuracy and follows procedures.
• Oversees alcohol service per laws and company policy.
• Manages inventory, ordering, and deliveries.
• Adheres to budgets to grow profits and manage costs.
• Ensures staff follow dress code and safety protocols.
