Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong guest service mindset and communication skills.
• 1–2 years of restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Trains and coaches Team Members to serve guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Interacts with Guests to create a friendly, upbeat atmosphere.
• Handles cash and basic math; ensures adherence to policies.
• Oversees alcohol service per state and federal laws; manages inventory and ordering.
• Ensures compliance with brand standards, dress code, and safety procedures.
• Assists with scheduling, training, and team leadership.
