Cinemark Theatre Managers assist the General Manager in theatre operations and share duties of a Senior Assistant Manager. They must be able to oversee all theatre functions, participate in team member training, prepare reports, and support monthly inventories and product orders.

The role requires 18+ years old, management experience in a theatre, completion of Cinemark’s Accreditation, and availability for flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred
• Must work as an Assistant Manager for a minimum of 6 months in a theatre environment
• Senior Assistant Manager experience preferred
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program and passing of the Comprehensive Assessment testing process
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Must work at least 40 hours per week)
• Excellent guest service, cash handling, and basic math skills
• Strong English communication, teamwork ability, and leadership skills

Aufgaben

• Follows the direction of the General Manager
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions
• Assists in administrative and special reports for the General Manager
• Manages inventories and product orders
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and adherence to Cinemark policies and dress code
• Acts as Manager On Duty in the General Manager’s absence
• Addresses employee relations and guest service issues with professionalism
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned
