Job summary

Postino WineCafe in Raleigh is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the front and back of house, delivering memorable guest experiences while driving budgeted sales and profits.

You will manage beverage programs, inventory, vendor relations, and staff development, ensuring flawless service, cleanliness, safety, and decor. The role rewards teamwork, competitive pay, and growth opportunities in a vibrant hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of full-service restaurant Manager experience or 3–5 years in a lead/supervisory role in a restaurant.
• Combined work experience and education will be considered in decisions.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.
• ServSafe and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff to deliver positive guest experiences while meeting budgeted sales and profits.
• Direct planning and monitoring of staff to meet standards and budget.
• Foster connections with team, guests, vendors, and the community.
• Oversee beverage program, inventory, and cost controls.
• Ensure cleanliness, decor standards, and safety compliance.
• Manage vendor relations, maintenance, and facilities.
