Job summary

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Raleigh, NC seeks a seasoned Manager to lead a polished casual dining team, uphold our standards of service and hospitality, and drive guest satisfaction.

You will manage staffing, dining room operations, and P&L, while mentoring Associates, ensuring safety and sanitation, and delivering memorable experiences that reflect our wine-forward dining concept.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of prior salaried management experience preferred.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed restaurant department, fostering an inclusive environment, developing Associates, and holding the team accountable in a constructive and supportive way.
• Implement effective security protocols to ensure ongoing safety for employees and guests.
• Create memorable experiences for guests and authentically connect with them while participating in community outreach activities and events.
• Manage department P&L, develop initiatives to build sales, increase profitability, grow the guest count, and coach and train associates.
• Present quality food and drink by ensuring all menu items are made according to recipe and meet our high presentation standards.
• Enforce safety and sanitation practices, showcasing a passion for excellence and maintaining immaculate facilities.
