Job summary

Subway is seeking a qualified Manager in Clyde, TX to lead daily restaurant operations, coach staff, and ensure guest satisfaction. You’ll oversee food preparation, safety protocols, inventory, and cash handling while maintaining the brand’s standards.

You’ll recruit and train team members, coordinate local marketing, and plan promotions. This role requires strong communication, 2 years in a restaurant, and a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a restaurant environment with supervision/training experience.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and reward outstanding Team members.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed, including health and food safety codes.
• Maintain business records and analyze them to help increase sales.
• Identify and contact prospective guests to promote sales.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring restaurant is ready for new marketing windows.
• Plan special events and promotions.
