Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager to lead guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, inventory control and safety across the restaurant. You will recruit, train and develop staff while ensuring brand standards are upheld.

You will analyze business records to boost sales, coordinate local marketing efforts and plan events to drive guest visits. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this full-time role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a restaurant environment with supervising and training staff.
• Must communicate effectively with all team members and be able to train others.
• Basic understanding of food safety and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and rewarding outstanding team members
• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed and aware of local and national health codes
• Maintaining records and analyzing data to increase sales
• Identifying and contacting prospective guests to promote sales
• Supporting local and national marketing initiatives and preparing restaurant for new promotions
