Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Manager/Assistant for Onley, VA. You will lead a team, interview and hire staff, schedule, train, and monitor labor costs while maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness in line with company standards.

You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure guest satisfaction, profitability, and compliance with safety policies. This role offers weekly pay, paid training, and benefits, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Ability to lead, train and develop talent.
• Available to work all shifts including weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass background check and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant according to company standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate and manage guest flow; control labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under supervision of the GM.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew; provide coaching and discipline as needed.
• Conduct team meetings and communicate operation procedures, promotions, safety and training.
