Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver's License preferred.
• Energetic, cheerful, and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shifts.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
