You will hire, train, schedule, and manage staff while controlling labor and food costs to meet profitability targets. Join a team focused on guest satisfaction and community impact in North Carolina and surrounding states.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff.
• Schedule sufficient staff to meet guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet standards.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the GM.
• Maintain a cooperative relationship with management and crew.
• Coach, counsel and discipline as warranted.
• Conduct team meetings on operation procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Maintain product quality and profitability.
