Responsabilités

• Interview and hire qualified staff based on company standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate and manage guest flow.
• Control labor costs to meet company standards while maintaining service quality.
• Train and develop crew under supervision of the GM; provide coaching as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and product quality across all shifts.
