Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager to focus on delivering an excellent guest experience, ensuring high food quality, and maintaining a clean, functional restaurant. You will manage inventory and money control systems, coordinate local marketing initiatives, and recruit and train staff while upholding safety standards and security protocols.

You will also be involved in planning events and promotions, maintaining records, and analyzing performance to drive sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a restaurant environment with supervision and training experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Computer knowledge is essential.
• Operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register.
• Oversee safety, security protocols and ensure compliance with local health and food safety codes.
• Maintain business records and analyze them to help increase sales.
• Recruit staff and coordinate local marketing initiatives; plan events and promotions.
