Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Restaurant Manager to operate a Hardee's in the absence of the Senior/General Manager. You will drive sales growth by upholding quality, service and cleanliness, while focusing on profitability and team leadership.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, the ability to hire/train staff, and a commitment to company standards and safety protocols. Weekly pay and growth opportunities are highlighted in the role description.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet the physical demands of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize and train successful talent.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Consistent and reliable with a cheerful, positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and loves serving others.

Responsabilidades

• Interview and hire staff to operate the restaurant per company standards.
• Schedule sufficient staff to handle guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the GM.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling and discipline as warranted.
• Lead crew and management meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety and training.
• Maintain inventory and ensure product quality and cleanliness.
