Quality Brand Group LLC, a Dunkin' franchisee, seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead store operations, recruit and develop team members, and drive sales and profitability. You will oversee quality service, cost control, and adherence to standards while managing a store P&L and staffing across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required.
• Guest focus – anticipate and exceed guests' needs.
• Passion for results – set targets and deliver on commitments.
• Problem solving and decision making – base on analysis, experience and judgement.
• Building effective teams – place the right people, empower decisions and celebrate success.
• Physically and mentally capable of operating standard restaurant equipment.
• Lift 30–50 pounds and perform pushing/pulling/motion as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence and 100% guest satisfaction.
• Manage purchasing, scheduling, sales, training and facilities maintenance.
• Direct and motivate store team through shift leaders or an assistant manager.
• Ensure products are prepared to standards and service is delivered to guests.
• Counsel, discipline, promote or terminate store employees as needed.
