The role requires strong leadership, guest focus, and ability to coach teams to deliver excellent customer experiences while controlling costs. This is a full‑time position at a Dunkin location.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to read and write professionally.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required.
• Guest focus – anticipate and satisfy guests' needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to meet quality and service standards.
• Recruit, train and develop team members across shifts.
• Manage scheduling, purchasing and cost control to achieve profitability.
• Drive guest satisfaction and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Shift Leads and Assistants.
