Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and staff under the guidance of the GM/DM.
• Lead, interview, train and develop crew to meet service standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and health/safety regulations.
• Monitor labor costs, food costs and inventory; control waste and shrink.
• Schedule staff effectively to meet shift requirements and customer demand.
