Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager to operate the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager. You will hire, schedule, train, and lead a team to achieve sales growth while maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands required of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize and train successful talent.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager.
• Schedule staff to operate the restaurant and manage guest flow; control labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew.
• Conduct crew and management team meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Maintain inventory and ensure food cost variance standards.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed and accurate financial records.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and professional appearance in the restaurant.
