Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a multi-store Dunkin' franchisee, seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at Nevada locations. You will recruit, train, and develop team members, ensure quality service and cleanliness, and work with leadership to set sales and profitability goals.

You will supervise shifts, manage purchasing, scheduling, and facilities, and deliver a great guest experience. Must have restaurant or supervisory experience and food safety knowledge (Serve Safe).

Qualifications

• Fluent English (speaking and reading)
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required
• Guest focus – anticipate and meet guest needs
• Problem solving and decision making
• Build effective teams and coach/develop staff
• Must be physically capable of lifting 30–50 lbs and operating restaurant equipment
