Quality Brand Group LLC, a multi-store Dunkin' franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee store operations, recruit and develop team members, and ensure adherence to quality service and cleanliness standards. You will drive sales and profitability while managing the store’s P&L.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in food service, English fluency, strong leadership, and the ability to lift 30-50 pounds as part of daily duties.

• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Guest focus and customer service orientation.
• Ability to lead and build effective teams.
• Physical capability to lift 30-50 pounds with daily operations.
