Portillo's Inc. in Arlington, TX is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume, fast-paced team and deliver exceptional guest service. You will coach staff, manage shifts, and ensure food quality, safety, and a welcoming guest experience.

The role emphasizes P&L awareness, staffing, inventory control, and budget planning to drive restaurant performance. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, recruiting, scheduling, food planning and sanitation.
• Ability to lead, coach, and drive excellence.
• Understanding of P&L and restaurant operations.
• Must pass certified sanitation and responsible alcohol vending courses.
• Excellent communication in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible to work 50+ hour weeks, nights, weekends, holidays.
