Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant management in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lead, coach, and drive excellence at all levels.
• Understanding of P&L and restaurant operations.
• Must pass sanitation and responsible alcohol courses.
• Excellent English communication with team and guests.

Responsibilities

• Model operational standards and run great shifts with memorable guest experiences.
• Motivate and manage team to provide top hospitality.
• Lead with coaching and strive for excellence.
• Foster engagement through recognition and clear communication.
• Ensure sanitation, food safety and compliance with regulations.
• Train team on restaurant operations and procedures.
• Execute shift planning, scheduling, and daily routines.
• Open/close the restaurant, manage cash handling, and labor decisions.
• Plan inventory, budget, and labor for business needs.
