Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Manager for our Hardee's location in Wilmington, NC. You will lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent guest service, maintain food quality and safety, and ensure clean, welcoming dining areas.

You will interview and hire qualified staff, schedule shifts, train crew, manage labor costs, and monitor cash handling and inventory while upholding company standards and safety policies. A positive, customer-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Loves Serving and Helping Others.

Responsabilités

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standard.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management team and crew.
• Conduct crew and management team meetings as needed.
• Maintain inventory and control costs to meet standards.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and reports.
