Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant according to company standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to meet guest flow and ensure smooth operations.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards and profitability goals.
• Train and develop crew under guidance of Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious relationship with management and crew.
• Conduct crew and management meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety and training.
