Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager to focus on guest experience, high-quality food preparation, cleanliness, and overall restaurant functionality. You will manage inventory and money controls, coordinate local marketing, recruit staff, and uphold safety standards while being a reliable team player.

Day-to-day duties include recruiting and rewarding staff, enforcing safety protocols, analyzing records to boost sales, promoting the brand to guests, supporting marketing initiatives, and planning events

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a restaurant environment with supervising/training staff.
• Strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and rewarding outstanding Team members.
• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed, including food safety codes.
• Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales.
• Identifying and contacting prospective Guests to promote sales.
• Supporting local and national marketing initiatives and events.
