Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Internal Service: recruit, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees; monitor staffing; ensure compliance with labor laws.
• External Service: train staff to deliver excellent guest service and food quality; respond to guest concerns professionally; maintain brand image and cleanliness.
• Higher Profits: analyze operational/financial performance; develop action plans to increase sales and profitability.
