Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
• Oversee daily operations and lead service alongside front-of-house teams.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts and direct daily restaurant operations.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and oversee closing duties.
• Organize opening and closing shifts to ensure guest and employee experience.
• Provide guidance to hourly and management teams while fostering our culture.
• Respond to guest and employee feedback with tact.
• Assist GM in managing costs, driving sales and financial goals.
• Interview, hire, onboard, train, and develop BOH staff.
• Perform inventories and manage food/beverage orders and deliveries.
• Promote teamwork across all teams.
