Lettuce is hiring a Restaurant Manager for our Chicago operation in the Fulton Market District. This role oversees daily operations, guiding service alongside front of house teams, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume, full-service setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
• Ability to lead service with front-of-house teams and supervise daily operations.
• Strong focus on guest experience and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts and direct daily restaurant operations.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and oversee line, temperature and cooler checks.
• Oversee opening/closing shifts and finalize nightly numbers and labor reports.
• Coach hourly and management teams and promote our culture of caring.
• Respond to guest and employee needs with tact and courtesy.
• Support GM in managing costs, driving sales and achieving financial goals.
