Responsabilités

• Run shifts and direct daily restaurant operations.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and oversee opening/closing duties.
• Provide guidance to hourly and management teams and uphold Caring culture.
• Assist GM in managing costs, driving sales, and achieving financial goals.
• Interview, hire, onboard, train, and develop BOH staff as needed.
• Perform regular inventories and place orders; inspect deliveries.
• Work a variety of days and shifts, including weekends; travel if needed.
