Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants is seeking an Executive Sous Chef for Saranello's with 4+ years of Executive Sous Chef experience. You will lead mid- and closing kitchen duties, manage inventory, and supervise BOH teams across shifts at multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Executive Sous Chef experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and manage the kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mid- and closing kitchen duties, inventory, ordering and cost control.
• Run BOH shifts and supervise all BOH teams including food prep and cooking.
• Lead pre-shift meetings, conduct line checks and tastings for the shift.
• Maintain recipe books with GM/managers and ensure timely production and quality.
• Order food products and supplies for daily operations.
