Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality Manager.
• Strong focus on guest experience and service excellence.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, and onboarding staff for a high-volume operation.
• Acute financial management skills, with experience handling budgets and P&L reports.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge and ability to educate staff on menus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent to build a high-performance team.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction; manage guest concerns effectively.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and inventory; drive profitability and cost control.
