Job summary

Happy Does is seeking a hands-on Manager in San Diego to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure quality food and beverage, and maintain a safe, compliant environment. You’ll supervise staff, resolve guest issues, and document daily activities to support smooth service.

Qualifications include a two-year fast-paced restaurant/bar background, 21+ to serve alcohol in CA, and relevant certifications; strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum two years in a fast-paced restaurant/bar management role.
• Must be 21+ to serve alcohol in California.
• Food Handlers Card and ABC Service Certification required.
• CPR or First Aid training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all floor employees and manage day-to-day operations.
• Ensure high quality food and beverages per company specs.
• Maintain a safe, clean facility and comply with sanitation standards.
• Respond to guest and employee issues in a professional manner.
• Complete daily operation documentation including logs and incident reports.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Direct staff to deliver exemplary customer service.
• Maintain stocked and organized operational supplies.
