San Diego Restaurants LLC in San Diego, CA is seeking an energetic Front of House Manager/Server to lead a fast-paced dining operation. You will greet guests, seat guests, and supervise front of house staff while collaborating with the kitchen to ensure seamless service flow.

The role demands leadership, clear communication, and a passion for exceptional guest experiences in a busy restaurant setting.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a restaurant management or lead server role.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a high-volume environment.
Experience with Toast POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
Food Handler's Certification or RBS preferred.
Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Oversee front of house operations to ensure smooth, efficient, high-quality service.
Greet, seat, and serve guests while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Train, coach, and supervise front of house staff including hosts, servers, and bussers.
Manage reservations, waitlists, and table turnover to maximize guest satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Assist with opening and closing duties, cash handling, and daily reporting.
Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service flow.
