Job summary

Postino WineCafe in Westminster, CO is seeking a Restaurant Manager who can build sincere connections with guests, teammates, and the local community. You will direct, plan, implement, and monitor staff activities to deliver memorable experiences while meeting budgeted sales and profits.

Responsibilities include beverage ordering, pars, promotions, cost controls, bar audits, maintaining inventory accuracy, vendor management, maintenance coordination, and staff development.

Qualifications

• 1 year of full-service restaurant Manager experience or 3-5 years in a lead/supervisory role in a restaurant.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Hospitality, Management or Business preferred.
• ServSafe and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications are required

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, implement, and monitor staff to deliver positive, memorable guest experiences.
• Manage beverage ordering, pars, promotions, and cost control.
• Maintain FOH inventory accuracy and support beverage P&L management.
• Lead hiring, scheduling, and development of service staff.
