Job summary

Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager to supervise Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service are delivered at all times.

You will manage hourly staff, review applications, schedule and assign tasks, and focus on guest satisfaction while controlling costs and safety procedures. A strong leadership presence and a passion for service are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams and delivering strong guest experiences.
• Ability to recruit, interview, and hire hourly staff.
• Strong understanding of food safety and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations and coaching.
• Direct weekly schedules and assign tasks during open hours.
• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide FOH and BOH training and supervision.
• Oversee food production ensuring recipes and procedures are followed.
• Enforce safety and security measures at the restaurant.
• Manage costs through weekly inventory and waste control.
