Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service are delivered at all times.

The role focuses on leading a driven team, optimizing schedules, and maintaining high standards in guest experience. You will drive sales, provide training, and manage inventories while upholding safety and quality procedures in a dynamic restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing both Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Strong leadership with coaching and performance management skills.
• Ability to hire and onboard hourly employees effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching and discipline
• Review applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending hires
• Direct work through schedules and task assignments before, during, and after open hours
• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction
• Provide and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
• Supervise production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures
• Conduct line Taste & Temps evaluations
• Enforce safety measures to protect employees and guests
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs via weekly inventory
• Ensure safe food handling procedures
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and goals
