STK Salt Lake City is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and a high-energy dining atmosphere. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive financial performance.

You’ll manage staff, maintain service standards, supervise vendor relationships, and uphold sanitation and safety regulations while promoting STK’s luxury dining brand in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager or Hospitality Manager.
• Strong customer service focus and guest experience orientation.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage, menus, and ingredients.
• Experience with restaurant management software (OpenTable, POS) and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage budgets, P&L, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Operations Leadership: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management.
• Team Development & Staffing: Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent; train and mentor staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Guest Satisfaction & Brand Development: Deliver exceptional guest service; handle guest concerns; uphold brand image and promote local partnerships.
• Financial & Business Performance: Monitor revenues and expenses; optimize sales, reduce waste, and develop marketing strategies.
