Dunkin' - Cafua Management Company is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead and develop a team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and operate according to Dunkin' and franchisee standards. You will apply an operational excellence model to drive profitable top-line sales while ensuring a safe, clean, compliant restaurant.

In this role you will recruit, train, coach and appraise staff; set goals, monitor performance, manage costs, and implement in-restaurant marketing and production

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for 6+ hours at a time.
• Must be 18+ years or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in English.
