Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in retail or food service.
• Proficient in English.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand up to 6 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop employees.
• Communicate job expectations to employees.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review employee performance.
• Provide coaching and feedback; disciplines when appropriate.
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure shifts are adequately staffed to meet guest service goals.
• Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with laws.
• Execute brand standards and systems; implement action plans.
• Complete audits and drive system improvements.
• Control costs to maximize profitability and execute marketing/promotions.
